Planning Meeting: A picnic planning meeting will take place on Monday, July 9th - 7:00 pm - Location TBA. If you would like to be part of the planning of the Summer Picnic, please attend this meeting on the 9th. If you want to volunteer your time at the event, please send your name to picnic@frontrangebears.org. We need volunteers to help with the following:Games: assist with activities and games for the day. Set-up: assist with the moving of supplies from storage to the site, assist with setting up the equipment, food, etc. Food: assist with pre-event preparation of food items, cooking, replenishing, and shopping. Clean-up: assist with cleaning up site, loading of equipment, and transporting back to storage. If you have any questions, send an email to picnic@frontrangebears.org. Thanks!
