Joe Kuzyk Bear Spirit Award

Established by the Board of Directors in 2007 and previously known as the Bear Spirit Award, this award was renamed in 2010 for longtime FRB member Joe Kuzyk who passed away in 2009. The Bear Spirit Award is awarded to the member(s) who has most exemplified outstanding dedication to the Front Range Bears, the club's mission and a spirit of enthusiasm, brotherhood, and service to the organization.
